Our Pilates classes are all about helping you reconnect with your body – whether you’re easing back from injury, managing everyday stress, or just want to move and feel better. We hold classes for a range of abilities including complete beginners as well as men’s only classes and mummy and baby classes.
Each session blends clinical expertise with the proven benefits of Pilates.
Using a combination of mat work and small equipment, we focus on precision, control and breath to build deep core stability, improve body awareness and reduce stress.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to movement, our goal is to help you feel stronger, more aligned and more in tune with your body.
YOGA
Classes are led by experienced teachers trained with the British Wheel of Yoga. They are open to all ages and abilities. Expect a steady-paced class that will help you:
– Learn key yoga poses and correct postures
– Build strength, flexibility and balance
– reduce stress and improve wellbeing.

With over 18 years’ physio experience and certified APPI training, Lucy will guide you through safe, effective exercises tailored to your needs.
Small class sizes mean plenty of personal attention, so you can build strength, improve posture and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.
Lucy creates a welcoming and supportive environment where exercises are carefully adapted to suit all levels and abilities.
